At stage level, 4’ above roadway, on west side of building. 2 side-by-side bays to accommodate two trailers. Door openings are 7’11”w X 8’8”h. The truck bays access the interior loading dock, which is off stage left. Access to the stage is through two in-line doorways, 12’w X 12’h.

4 dressing rooms located at stage level, in the back hallway, next to the Green Room. Each can accommodate 4 performers, and has a toilet and shower. All are accessible to people with disabilities.

The facility is equipped with a large-capacity washer and dryer. These are located in the loading dock area. There are also two steam irons, two ironing boards, and a Jiffy Steamer available. There are six double-sided wardrobe racks that can be distributed anywhere in the facility.
