sleeping beautyThe Russian National Ballet Theatre was founded in Moscow during the transitional period of Perestroika in the late 1980s, when many of the great dancers and choreographers of the Soviet Union's ballet institutions were exercising their new-found creative freedom by starting new, vibrant companies dedicated not only to the timeless tradition of classical Russian Ballet but to invigorate this tradition as the Russians began to accept new developments in the dance from around the world. curtaintalkToday, the Russian National Ballet Theatre is its own institution, with over 50 dancers of singular instruction and vast experience, many of whom have been with the company since its inception.

Patron Services

Arrival Time
Please arrive early out of respect for the performers and audience members. The lobby doors will open at least one hour prior to curtain and the Great Hall will open one half-hour prior to curtain. Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby and will be ushered to their seats during an appropriate pause in the performance. A full bar, beverage service and snacks are available.

Children
Parents should use discretion in deciding which events are appropriate for their children. To encourage families to experience the arts with their children, we offer discounts to children 18 years of age and younger. All children sitting in their own seats require tickets.
